Payment
I accept payments via PayPal and Wise. Sessions are paid up front on a monthly retainer for anywhere from 2- 10 sessions per month. An invoice is sent to your email at the beginning of each month.
Booking a session
Learners are responsible for booking their sessions in a timely manner. Sessions must be booked 15 hours in advance. It is possible to batch-book all of your sessions for the month in advance to secure your preferred times. It’s best to book ASAP.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule at any time free of charge. Contact tutor directly via email to check availability for same-day rescheduling. Meetings are automatically cancelled and listed as a no-show if student is more than 10 minutes late. Tutor is not obligated to reschedule last-minute cancellations – the learner is responsible for managing their own schedule.
Unused sessions are generally non-refundable, but I do my best to keep enough hours open each month to make rescheduling simple.
If the tutor cancels a session, the student can either reschedule within the month or is eligible to receive a full refund for that session.
